Today's project features the “Big News Wood-Mount Stamp Set” which happens to be on sale with Stamp Stock and Save Special this week! This card could be used for a wedding or anniversary card. However, This set features 10 different stamps and can create a wide variety of cards for the fantastic sale price of only $35.16!
First we are going to stamp with the “Happily Ever After” Stamp image the white cardstock that is 3 1/2 X 2 1/2 and with the stamp it in blackberry bliss.
Next we will layer behind the white card stock with the Basic Grey this piece is 3 3/4 x 4 ¾. I added dimensionals to pop it up on the card.
The base of our card is Basic Grey.
I have 2 pieces of cardstock together for the next layer and that is Blackberry Bliss and that is 4 x 2 1/4.
The white cardstock is 4 x 3 1/4.
I have put these both through the big shot using two different embossing folders one I used the chevron pattern the other one I used the decorative dots.
Put these two pieces together and around them to hide the seam I used the BlackBerry bliss stitch satin ribbon and over that I put the metallic bakers twine in silver.
Then attach the “happily ever after” stamp image on the card.
Then just to top it off I punched stars and this was from the Itty Bitty Accents punch pack this is a set of 3 punches. I punched it in the Silver glimmer paper and the BlackBerry Bliss paper. On the blackberry bliss stars I added rhinestone.
Note: The Big News stamp set is on special until October 6th, along with a rainbow of papers and stamp pads. Stock up today and save for upcoming Halloween, Thanksgiving and Holiday Cards. Don't hesitate to contact me directly with any questions you may have lisabow@wwt.net or (715)772-4619
