First use the large oval punch. Punch 3 ovals out of the dazzling diamonds glimmer paper and then punch out two of the large oval from black cardstock. Next, I used the Big Shot number die to cut numbers and you can use this design for so many different birthdays or anniversaries.
I took a piece of black cardstock cut to 4 x 1 ½. Then took a piece of white cardstock cut to 3 3/4 x 4 1/4 and stamped “Happy Birthday” (Or you could also stamp Happy Anniversary) using the stamp set Memorable Moments and then to get the little flags on the end I just used a square punch and just punch a point making it like this do both ends.
Next, put all of these on a white piece of cardstock cut to 3 3/4 x 5 and run it through the Big Shot using the Polka Dot embossing frame.
Layer this onto a blank piece of cardstock cut to 5 1/4 x 4 and layer onto the base.
