Today’s card is inspired by a swap card I received. I used a stamp Truly Grateful from this week’s Weekly Deals.
I cut an oval using one of my Big Shot Framelits and used that as a mask. I stamped with one of the stamp from the set in Crumb Cake for the background, added the colors curry, crumb cake and soft sky using a dauber. I then stamped the wheat with Early Espresso. The Butterfly from the set Papollon Potporri.
For the background I first stamped with Early Espresso, then Soft sky on a scrap paper and punched out with the butterfly punch.
Then used a dimensional on the back to pop it up, layered this onto soft suede 5 1/4 x 2 1/4 then I tied an Early Expresso ribbon around it. The base of the card is Whisper White, I layered a Sky Soft on top of that 5 1 /2 x 4 1/4 as a little accent piece on the side. I cut my piece of soft suede 5 1/4 x 2 1/4 then I ran a piece of soft sky 5 x 2 through the big shot with the wood grain in embossing folder.
Then putt the stamped image paper on top with dimensional under it to pop that up.
